Location: Medrano, Junín,Mza, Carrizal, Lujan de Cuyo and Isla Grande, Maipú, Mendoza. The kind of water and the different alternatives to obtain wines of many characteristics there. This region is situated from 640mts to 750 mts above the sea level.

Soil |

The Medrano soils are frankly and watered by the Tunuyan river.
Lemos soils are frankly, sandy and deep. They are watered with subsoil water.
Isla soils are similar to Medrano ones. The difference between them is that they are watered by the Mendoza river.

Climate |
|
The climate conditions of these areas do not have differences. Thermal conditions of La Legua and Lemos farm are emphasized during autumn time.

Vinification |
|
During these steps, the wines are looked after carefully in order to obtain the maximum quality. In bottled and also young wines.
|
Vintage |
|
The vintage and ageing of Cabernet Wines are carried out in subsoil vessels or in oak barrels for a period of six months. Then, it is put in stowed bottles in the cellars.

Tasting Notes |

It enjoys an intense red colour like morello cherries with violet hues
Red fruits aromas like raspberry, plumbs, morello cherries and cherries.
It tastes of red fruits also and keeps in the mouth for a long time.
It is ideal to be served at 18º-19ºc with red meats and pastes.
