Soil |

The soils are frankly and sandy and are situated in the Mendocino piedmont at 750 to 1100 mt height.
They are watered by the Mendoza river. Low back guiding system. They were implanted in 1924 and have a production of no more than 8000 kg. Per Has. |
Climate |

It is good to obtain high quality wines. It is situated to the north oasis of Mendoza Province at 33º south latitude and the average temperature per year is 15ºc. Cold nights allow the fruits to keep the varietal qualities. |
Vinification |
|
When the grapes get ripe, they are kept and put in 20Kgs cases. Then, they are carried to the winery where they are desteming and crushed. The juice is put in stainless steel tanks and selected yeasts are added to make the alcoholic fermentation. |
Vintage |
|
The wines are clarified and filtered. There are two alternatives: put it into tanks in order to keep the fine characteristics of freshness or put it in French oak barrels to look for great quality wines. |

This outstanding wine shows the level of Argentinean stocks.
The kind of varietal appears from the nose to the mouth.
The deep red colour with violet hues appears before an intense aroma of red ripe fruits.
Sweet to the mouth entrance. Great body. Intense volumen.
It is a good wine that coulb be drunk immediately or be kept and it will develop great qualities.
Ideal to be drunk at 18ºc-19ºc.
Serve with goat, roast squid, barbeque, different kind of cheeses and chicken. |
