According to scientific terms, the wine has components which work on plasma lipids (as cholesterol), the platelets or the blood coagulation for the cardiovascular protection.
Each day, there are more evidences that confirm the previous studies. It is confirmed that a moderate consuming of wine is not only a benefit to prevent heart attacks but also cancer, diabetes and also Alzheimer disease.
The moderate consuming of red or white wine with an equilibrated diet are important when there are not contradictions for these.
Security in wine consuming was demonstrated in France in 1.992 by Serge Rénauld with “La Paradoxe francaise”. Renauld came to the conclusion, after a long investigation for 20 years, that a moderate consuming of wine helps in a 20% to prevent cancer risks, heart attacks, vascular and brain diseases. He studied the evolution of the health with 34.000 people who were between 40 and 60 years old.
“La paradoja francesa” and “el resveratrol” have originated new investigations. We can not forget the benefits the wine benefits which were written by Hippocrates, the father of the medicine, who affirmed that: “The wine is something appropriated for men not only for their health but also for their illness” and when it is drunk properly to the individual constitution.
We do not have to feel guilty when drinking wine with our food.
We always refer to a moderate consuming. It is one element more of our traditional diet. We have to encourage young people to appreciate this product, knowing the benefits of the gastronomy and knowing that drinking wine is one of the pleasures of life.
